Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Request
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return within 3 days from the delivery date. We will arrange the pickup according to your convenience. Items must be sent back in saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached.
The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odours or fragrances.
Please note that if items do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If you wish to submit a return request, please reach out to us at care@houseofharakh.com within three days of purchase.
Refund Method
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it. If it fulfils the requirements mentioned above, we will initiate the refund process. Please be aware that a minimal shipping cost will be deducted from the original price. The remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Rest assured, we're here to support you every step of the way. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We only offer size exchanges on sale items.
We do not offer refunds.
If you fail to inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery, we will be unable to issue the return.
