Thank you for choosing House of Harakh. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, which includes seamless order delivery. Here's everything you need to know about our order, delivery, and shipping policies.
Order Communication
You will receive order-related emails in two stages:
- An order confirmation email will be sent once you place the order.
- A shipment email will be dispatched from our studio to your address once the order is processed. You will be provided with a tracking code in the second email, enabling you to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
Please ensure someone is available at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted twice before the shipment is returned to our studio. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect telephone numbers.
Shipping
- We ship your orders within 24–48 hours for readily available products.
- For made-to-order items, please allow 3–4 working days for production and dispatch.
- Once your order is ready, we aim to ship it within 5 to 10 working days.
- Enjoy FREE shipping within India for orders above ₹2,000.
- For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
We collaborate with some of India's top logistics companies and postal authorities to ensure reliable and efficient shipping. However, our shipping coverage depends on the reach of our partners. If your address is in a location not served by our logistics partners or postal authorities, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery options.
While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, please understand that delays may occur due to various factors such as festivals, adverse weather conditions, or logistical challenges. Kindly note that delays caused by logistics companies are beyond our control. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to expedite the delivery process and keep you informed about any delays.

At this time, we only offer shipping within India. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email at care@houseofharakh.com within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
